This webinar will focus on key aspects of asset management, identifying critical assets, and prioritizing capital funding for those assets that will ensure their life-cycle performance. Participants will gain an overview of the international asset management standard, ISO 55000, will gain an understanding of the differences between risk and criticality, and receive a detailed discussion of different prioritization methods. Strengths, pitfalls, and pointers will be provided related to most popular approach based on multi-criteria or multi-attributes.
