本课题首次提出新产品开发设计过程中的多目标多阶段可靠性增长优化模型。 产品开发一般都经历从概念设计、详细设计、原形设计到最后量产设计多个阶段,因此多阶段可靠性增长模型与实际产品开发过程更吻合。多目标多阶段可靠性增长也更能体现产品开发过程中成本、计划和可靠性等多目标的需求。提出用基于遗传算法的方法对形成的多目标多阶段可靠性增长模型进行求解,并结合数据包络法从相对有效性的角度对帕累托最优解进行进一步的筛选,以便决策制定者能更快捷的选择符合实际情况的可靠性增长设计。优化模型中涉及子系统测试数量和测试时间、新技术引进的时间和难度等决策变量。研究最后以下一代双原料柴电发动机可靠性管理与提升为例对提出的新可靠性增长模型予以例证。 Speaker Bio: 李钊军博士是美国西新英格兰大学工业工程与工程管理系教授。他的主要研究领域包括可靠性、质量和安全工程,系统工程,复杂工程系统健康和故障诊断,及其在新产品开发中的应用。获得美国质量协会(ASQ) 认证可靠性工程师(CRE),绿带和卡特彼勒公司黑带认证。李博士于2011年博士毕业于美国华盛顿大学工业工程系,其后在美国卡特彼勒工程负责下一代双原料柴电发动机可靠性管理与提升。他也是波音公司787飞机可制造性和可装配性研究项目的核心成员。
