摘要:作为一种重要产品特征,维修性对系统使用效能和寿命周期费用具有重要影响,这已被大家所认可。相关标准、手册、指南不仅强调要将其设计到产品中,还提供了维修性工程的基本指导。但是这些资料并没有就如何将维修性设计到产品中给出具体的解释和说明,多数是一般性的原则性的条款。本报告主要介绍如何利用QFD基本思路实现由维修需求到产品特征的转换,目的是增强维修性设计的逻辑性和透明度。报告包括背景、方法原理的形成、涉及到的计算、说明性示例、下一步工作等5部分。 嘉宾简历:郝建平博士现任中国河北石家庄机械工程学院教授。1999年获维修工程专业博士学位以来,一直从事维修性和维修工程方面的教学和科研工作,尤其重点研究了虚拟现实技术在维修性和维修训练领域的研究,承担并完成了包括国家自然科学金、863、预研基金与预研任务在内的多个项目,开发的“基于数字样机的维修性分析系统”、“虚拟维修训练通用平台”均获得广泛应用。
